DESCRIPTION OF TRANSFORMER :
>>The transformer may be defined as static piece of electrical which convert electrical power from one circuit to the other circuit at the same frequency. It can increase or decrease the voltage with corresponding decrease or increase of current keeping the power same. This Transformation of energy is done due to the Faraday's Laws of Electromagnetic induction thought two winding Primary and Secondary.
Advantage of a Transformer
1.The transformer is a static machinery and there is no wear and tear of it and no friction losses.
2.No attention or tittle attention is required for its operations so its maintenance cast is low.
3.As there us no rotating part in it,an extra high voltage or high voltage can be transformed easily by providing a good insulation to it's windings.
